There were at least fifteen incubator candidates who were schedule for interviews from 20 th  to 25 th  April which were held successfully and ten candidates qualified for the incubation process. The interview was to check on the following: 1.       The idea and its systemic nature 2.       L555 values and leaders’ personal values. 3.       What the leader has been doing relating to the idea. 4.       The ability of the candidates to pay for phase one of incubation process. 5.       The passion and commitment to see the idea through the incubation process. 6.       Their willingness to collaborate and work in a team. 7.       Their understanding of the root cause of the problem and what others are doing about it (the problem statements). Following a number of good discussions on  a systemic approach to social transformation  with Mr Joseph Mwangi of USAID in January and February, Leadership555 proceeded to have a sit down with top officials, including the Mission Director, at USAID offices on 1 st  March, 2017. We presented our model,  a solution to the problem of breakthrough , which highlighted the role of catalytic leaders, collaboration fuelled by a value-based community, radical innovation and the mobilisation of resources. The USAID team was keen to hear more about ongoing programs at a later date. Correspondence has been exchanged since, particularly in the area of USAID’s education initiatives in the country. The vision of the Education C-Lab is to  catalyse  a  process  of  thoughtful collaboration  with  multi-disciplinary stakeholders  in order to  synthesize  Uganda’s resources towards  innovative and systemic impact  in education. This process is being led by Aaron Kirunda of Uganda Spelling Bee. Preliminary research led to the co-creation of a foundational strategy. Presently, the process is briefly paused while a significant funding opportunity to support some of the pioneering team is being pursued. Education Catalyst Engagements On 25 th  February 2017, Leadership555 hosted an education specific catalyst engagement. There were six participants present including a head of school, a pastor and an educator leading a radical literacy project in Uganda. After a long struggle, like some of you already know, we were finally able to officially register Leadership 555 Uganda in February 2017 after meeting all the relevant requirements. Much as we’ve been in operational since 2012, our work was restrained in some areas and entities because we lacked the legal cover. It’s very clear that our operations since registration have been more intentional and reaching to wider scope than ever before. 

Held a three hours engagement on 29 th  October 2016, introducing the radio listener tribe to leadership555 ministry.    The objective was to sell L555 products to the tribe. The focus was:- 1.       Leadership555 packages 2.       Leadership555 core values 3.       Introduction to vision development process 4.       Invite them to introduction to authentic leadership engagement There were twenty three participants who were thoroughly engaged and seventeen (17) signed up for introduction to authentic leadership engagement.
