This is a unique approach to dialogue designed to harness dormant energies around persistent community problems. Relationships are built while addressing community issues with a sincere desire to find lasting solutions to long-standing problems. Finger pointing is squashed and a spirit of synergy is elevated as burning issues surface in the process in a wonderful expression of ideas that could lead to sustainable transformation.

This is a unique product of Leadership 555 designed to gather and harness dormant energies around stalemate situations in communities. The forum provides for relationship building while engaging in addressing community issues with a sincere desire and determination to find lasting solutions to long standing problems. In a spirit of heartily contributions of ideas and other respective and relevant resources, finger pointing is squashed and a spirit of synergy is elevated. Such has been the experience of Leadership 555 particularly from mid-2016 when we held such sessions with local church leaders in the suburbs of Kampala specifically Kira district pastors’ fellowship as a solid demonstration of this art.

This product is an ice breaker with any kind of assembling by way of placing a core issue that concerns those around. It is a great starting context in sensitizing people into the demand for leadership development. So since that time we have engaged interested people and have put a lot of them on the leadership development track and are in the advanced stage; the idea incubator. They are a wonderful expression of great ideas synergy leading into radical, holistic and sustainable transformation.

Held a three hours engagement on 29 th  October 2016, introducing the radio listener tribe to leadership555 ministry.    The objective was to sell L555 products to the tribe. The focus was:- 1.       Leadership555 packages 2.       Leadership555 core values 3.       Introduction to vision development process 4.       Invite them to introduction to authentic leadership engagement There were twenty three participants who were thoroughly engaged and seventeen (17) signed up for introduction to authentic leadership engagement.
