Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM), May 22 2017, Stephen Iga

Following our registration was an opportunity to ‘clean the house’ given the fact that we has been at work for the last five years. With the aid of an experienced advocate of the High Court that was eventually brought on board as the Company Secretary, we learnt that several anomalies were done in the registration process and henceforth an EOGM was held on May 22nd 2017 to review the Company’s Business after Incorporation. Seven (6 present in person, 1 by proxy) of the nine members of the Company attended the meeting that successfully dealt with the matters at hand.

Incubator Launch, May 2017

The incubation process (leadership development) was launched on 13 th  May 2017 with 7 incubatees and 17 potential support members and observers. There were four facilitators and the engagement was active and involving. The topics taught were: 1.       The overview of incubation process which included L555 expectation from the candidates, the topics, assignments, payments and importance of teams. 2.       The introduction to manifesto writing, includes the outlay, expectations, exercises and assignments definition. 3.       Johari window.
